Ceres Kasha 500g
Ceres Organics Kasha is made from organically grown buckwheat that has been gently toasted. Contrary to its name, buckwheat is actually a seed, so great for those avoiding wheat.
This wholegrain food is full of natural goodness, including protein and dietary fibre. With its toasty, nutty flavour, Kasha is super versatile. It’s great in both sweet and savoury recipes, and can be enjoyed as a breakfast cereal, a side dish or as a meal in itself.
TO COOK: Add 1 cup of kasha to 2 cups of water. Bring to the boil, then gently simmer until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
