Simple Snacks for School

Dried Fruit and Nuts

Dried fruit and nuts can be a great source of protein, healthy fats and fibre for your little one. Remember for satiety and dental reasons a whole piece of fruit is always the better option, but as a treat and a sometimes food a handful of nuts and raisins can be a convenient and easy snack for them at breaktime.
